Engaged at concept stage, LBS worked with the client and project stakeholders on developing ESD goals and objectives. Now at construction stage LBS is working with the Construction project team to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built rating.
Discovery Parks Accommodation Park
Engaged at planning stage, LBS assisted the project team on successfully navigating the design of the mixed-use development through the council Sustainable Design Assessment in the Planning Process framework.
Moxy Tower
The project is located on a prominent but small site which presented hurdles in meeting council requirements. LBS assisted the project team on successfully navigating the design of the proposed tower through the council Sustainable Design Assessment in the Planning Process framework. In addition, LBS worked with the project team on value engineering opportunities in the façade design.
