Comprising of 100 apartments across two buildings, Prospect Corner is part of the state government's commitment to delivering sustainable affordable housing. Involved from project infancy, LBS worked collaboratively with the project principal and the design team to establish the sustainable goals for the project. The project team landed on targeting a certified 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating, representing ‘Australian Excellence’ in the building industry. LBS is now the Green Star Accredited Professional for the project and assisting the design and construction team on achieving a 5star certification
